Las Playitas is a fishing town located to the west of the island of Fuerteventura, 6 km. of the Great Tarajal.
The beach area is divided into two zones: on the one hand, the beach that is surrounded by the town itself, with dark, rocky sand. In the southern part, the beach is longer and sandy and is surrounded by the Las Playitas complex and several hotels and leisure activities.
