Manuel Vicente Alonso del Castillo was a militia captain who built the house that today bears his name and is located in the square of the Church of San Juan Bautista< in the town of San Juan de la Rambla.
The building was built in the 18th century, it has elements of the Canarian constructions, the tile roof, with a stone cornice run under the eaves. On the façade, the high windows of the main façade stand out, with guillotine windows with smooth top and lights and quarter windows.
Of its interior it is necessary to emphasize the great patio from where it leaves a wooden stairs of two bodies, with right foot in the landing and that finishes in the anteroom in a species of balcony.

The volcanic origin of the Canarian archipelago makes much of the coast of the island very rugged and creates curious shapes that give rise to natural pools that serve to enjoy the waters of the Atlantic. This route of natural pools offers the most interesting of Tenerife.
The Atlantic leaves frequent lagoons in the Canarian coast forming authentic natural pools, ideal to bathe in calm waters next to a generally rough sea. These are the main natural pools that are scattered around the Canary Islands.
