La Maceta

One of the most pleasant places to take a dip in the Atlantic waters that surround the island of El Hierro is the natural pool of La Maceta. It is located in the municipality of La Frontera, specifically it is known as La Maceta the total of the 3 natural pools that are on the Costa de El Gofio in El Hierro and that are totally conditioned for the bathroom. It is a perfect place for all ages, thanks to its design they are perfect for diving although the waters are tumultuous.

The La Maceta pools are located in the valley of El Gofio, it is possible to enjoy a beautiful landscape where sea and solidified lava mix.
