Monumento Natural de Montaña Amarilla
In the municipality of San Miguel de Abona we can find the Natural Monument of the Yellow Mountain, a place of great ecological value and protected and that is in the part south of the island. Among the elements that first call the attention is the yellowish color of its lands and its surprising forms, fruit of the capricious volcanic eruptions accompanied by explosions and the entry into contact of the magma with the sea that occurred on the island centuries ago. The landscape of the Montaña Amarilla is imposing and in it a set of perfectly aligned volcanoes stand out. This elevation was created from marine eruptions and it is possible to see a mobile dune that perhaps is what attracts the most attention. Despite what may seem in the Montaña Amarilla you can see an interesting variety of flora and fauna in which stand out the sweet, very abundant tabaibas, the almost extinct pineapples of sea or sea lettuces that was once used by sailors as food. It is also possible to see kestrels and warblers.

Castillo San Miguel
In San Miguel de Abona in the southern part of the island it is possible to travel back in time to medieval times thanks to Castillo de San Miguel. This leisure center is close to Los Cristianos and is a construction that imitates an old castle of the Middle Ages and where it is possible to enjoy shows, tournaments and medieval games while enjoying a banquet. An ideal place for the whole family where the little ones will enjoy fights with swords, imposing horses, knights errant or castle jesters. It is also possible to enjoy the ballroom, as well as acrobatics, ballet or capoeira. Undoubtedly the Castillo de San Miguel is a perfect place to enjoy a fun night, full of entertainment and exciting.

Ermita de El Calvario
The hermitage of El Calvario is located in the town of San Miguel de Abona, this small temple dates from the 19th century and since the construction was built it is part of the Via Crucis which takes place during Holy Week and which started from the church of San Miguel Arcángel and reached the hermitage. The first thing that draws attention to this small religious building has the characteristics of other religious temples in the area and for its style it is believed that the construction was carried out by the same author of the Calvario de Granadilla of Abona. In the exterior of the small temple run two stone bands topped by florets and two spaces on each side of the nave that are topped by two columns of less size. Meanwhile the facade of the Calvary offers a pediment with a smooth tympanum crowned by a cross.

Fuente de Tamaide
In San Miguel de Abona it is possible to visit a very interesting environment, in particular hiking enthusiasts can reach the Fuente de Tamaide through a route of about 3.5 kilometers long and lasting about 2 hours. Throughout the journey that leads to the source of Tamaide you can discover part of the ethnographic heritage related to the use of water resources in the area, as well as popular architecture and even archaeological sites. To the Fuente de Tamaide it is possible to arrive through an asphalted road that starts from the Cruz de Piedra or Cruz de la Morena, this path runs between ravines, tabaibas, jable orchards, houses and even by an old volcanic lava pahoehoe with whimsical shapes that are called lavas cordadas. The Fuente de Tamaide is located on the left side of the ravine, at the foot of a red ocher and under a basaltic wash, on a pumice deposit that was used to create a cavity for can collect water, also has a small trough for animals to hydrate.
