Charco Azul

About Charco Azul

Considered one of the most complete natural swimming pools on the island of La Palma is the Charco Azul, undoubtedly a different place to enjoy the waters of the ocean without supporting the strong currents or the whip of the waves. The natural pool of El Charco Azul is located between San Andrés and Sauces, rated as one of the most beautiful villages in the northern part of La Palma
It should be noted that very close to the Charco Azul is a prehistoric forest of great ecological value and the one that highlights the flora of laurisilva, forming a great contrast between the greenery of the vegetation, the black rock and the blue water of the ocean.

El Charco Azul is a natural attraction due to its enviable situation, protected from the waves and with large dimensions. It has a children's pool, small waterfalls, stairs, railing, solarium, showers, changing rooms, cleaning service, parking and a long list of other services that will make your stay in this place much more comfortable.

The Charco Azul received the Ecoplayas flag in 2013 thanks to its singular virtues and its good conservation.
