About Ermita de la Virgen del Pino

In the municipal area of El Paso we can find the Hermitage of Our Lady of the Pine. This temple is the destination of many hiking trails that run through this part of the island of La Palma. Even the hermitage is reached by going over the top of the crest that borders La Caldera de Taburiente, passes through the Morro Morisco, petroglyphs of Tagoror in the Pico de la Sabina, Lomo Corralejo, Degollada del Río.

The area passes through the refuge of the Punta de los Roques from where you can see a spectacular view of the entire range of Cumbre Nueva and Cumbre Vieja strong>. You can also see a jet of water at the beginning of the Track of the Row and from here you descend to the Hermitage of La Virgen del Pino, mandatory stop to take strength and continue to know the whole area.
