The El Bunker beach is not a normal beach, which makes this point one of the most interesting in the south of Tenerife, not because it is a quiet bathing area but because of the value paleontological that encloses the deposit that is in its environs. The deposit has the name of Bunker El Guincho Paleontological Zone and according to experts there may be traces formed in a warmer time than the current one, during the last Interglacial.

The area of the Bunker beach is classified as Asset of Cultural Interest with category of Paleontological Zone and forms part of the municipality of Arona.

Lovers of a small and quiet beach have a perfect place to enjoy a great day at the beach, it is Playa de los Guinchos, located in the municipality of Breña Baja on the island of La Palma.

The Playa de los Guinchos is located at the mouth of the Barranco de El Socorro, it is known as one of the oldest settlements of aborigines, it is even possible to observe the remains of an old oven used by the first settlers that served for the cooking of lime.

In other times, the Los Guinchos beach was also a natural dock where timber and coal sacks were shipped and unloaded.

The Playa Garden Complex is located in the westernmost part of Puerto de la Cruz, very close to the well-known Loro Parque.
