The Plaza de Cristo in La Laguna, (whose original name is Plaza de San Francisco) is a square located in the city of San Cristobal de La Laguna (on the island of Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain). The square is located in the northeast area of the city. Formerly it had a large central fountain.
The Plaza del Cristo de La Laguna has the category of "Plaza de Interés Insular", given by the Cabildo de Tenerife at the end of the nineties, next to the Plaza de la Patroná de Canarias (in the municipality of Candelaria) and the Plaza de Spain (in the capital city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife).
