1. Museo Municipal de Arucas

Located in what was the house of Gourié, built in the 19th century, today is the Municipal Museum of Arucas, also known above with the name of Old house of the Mayorazgo de Arucas. The museum is surrounded by landscaped areas with a great ornamental interest, a perfect place to walk before accessing the building's facilities. Both the garden areas and the municipal museum itself are located within the enclosure of the Municipal Park.

Inside, the Municipal Museum hosts excellent works by artists of the stature of painters Santiago Santana or Guillermo Sureda in addition to sculptors such as Manolo Ramos and Abrahán Cardenas. These are the artists whose works are permanently inside the museum, there are other rooms that are dedicated to exhibitions of a temporary nature.

5. Necrópolis de Arteara

The necropolis of Arteara is an archaeological site of the indigenous culture of the island of Gran Canaria on the Canary Islands in Spain. It is the largest cemetery of the natives of Gran Canaria, the Canarii. It is located next to the town of Arteara, on the right bank of the Fataga ravine, in the municipality of San Bartolomé de Tirajana, in the south of the island of Gran Canaria. It consists of more than 809 tumular burials, built using the stones that line the area, as a result of a spectacular collapse of the adjacent mountain called La Cogolla. It offers an area of 37,535 square meters surrounded in the beginning by a dry stone wall, which today is still sensed on several sides of the entire perimeter.
Constructed in dry stone, they present a cist where the corpse is placed as a dry stone mortuary box and a superimposed structure or tower that covers it. Arranged for no apparent reason in this enclave of bad country, with different structural configurations such as: truncated cone, pyramidal, circular, rectangular, etc.
Regarding the chronology, a dating obtained in this site offers the date of the 5th century BC. C., (2500 years of use of this aboriginal cemetery).

6. Museo Néstor Álamo

In Santa María de Guia is located in Museo Néstor Álamo, this museum shows the evolution of the history of Canaria music. The first thing that catches your attention inside is that it is a traditional house in the historic center of Gran Canaria.

7. Casa-Museo Antonio Padrón

Antonio Padrón Rodríguez was a painter, sculptor, ceramist, composer ... who was born in the town of Gáldar. The peculiar style of the artist gave a genuine air to his work, away from influences and with a marked solitary character make his work is something very unique within the art of the Canarian of the twentieth century.

In honor of this unique Canarian artist there is the Casa-Museo de Antonio Padrón, in 1933 Dolores Rodríguez Ruíz presented at the Ayuntamiento de Gálda r a request for the construction of a two-story building on Calle Capitán Quesada. Once built it was equipped with art pieces by Antonio Padrón, inside you can see two murals made by the painter to decorate the access by the staircase that connects two floors, they are: Children Doing Kites and Camels of the Ladder.

Antonio Padrón lived between 1920 and 1968 in the village of Gáldar, he had the maximum inspiration in the inhabitants of the municipality, he defined himself as "expressionist without tears"

The Casa Museo de Antonio Padrón consists of an interesting garden of about one hundred square meters. With respect to the collection you can see three different periods, the first one shows the artist as an indigenist painter. In a second moment a more experimental phase is observed and the last one that is from 1964 his painting becomes more expressive, more forceful and more profound.

9. Casa Museo del Vino de Gran Canaria
